| Turner was originally set up by Tony Turner in 1963 to market a flail mower called the Hydramower. After the success of the Hydramower, Turner started to increase his product lineup in | the 80's by importing machines (including wood chippers) from Ganadini and then selling them under his company's name. The company has since been taken over. Bomford Turner own the company | name and the rights to its products, but they no longer sell wood chippers. The spiritual successor to Turner is GreenMech, which was started after the sale of Turner to Bomford. |
